The head of this chaplain was made from the popular skull head from the Chaos Warriors boxed set. He uses a body from the chaos space marine boxed set with the trim filed off. His backpack was made from two skulls cut off a chaos space marine vehicle chain attached to a normal space marine backpack. A backpack icon from the command squad boxed set was also added to the backpack.
His weapon is made from a skaven musician drum beater and a standard top from the space marine command squad boxed set. Purity seals and an icon was also added to his armour.
