This plastic Space Marine Librarian was made using space marine parts from the command squad boxed set. He has the pointing veteran sergeant arm and bare head. he also has a backpack banner and the company champions body front.
His psychic hood was made from a blank shoulder pad. The shoulder pad was cut in two places and filed down to make the shape of the hood which fits nicely over the Librarians head. Guitar wire can also be added for wires.
