Q. How Long Will Delivery Take/How Much Does It Cost?
A. If you place your order before 1000GMT your order will usually be dispatched the same day. It is worth noting that we do not dispatch orders on weekends or on British Bank Holidays. The following is a table with average delivery times for your country:

All UK orders over £20 are shipped free of charge and this option will be selected for you automatically upon checkout. Please keep in mind that the postal service delivery is not our responsibility. The delivery times above are estimates; most orders arrive within these times, sometimes sooner. If your order is delayed, please wait 5 working days after the estimated times above before contacting us about non-delivery of your order. If your order does get lost in the post then we will be happy to issue a refund if your order.
Q. How Do You Send My Order?
A. We will send your order in a white bubble padded envelope with your address and our logo on the front and our address on the back so you will know immediately who it is from. Your bits will be stored inside one or more clear plastic grip-seal bags and a sales invoice will be included with your order detailing the parts you ordered, and the prices you paid. All orders are checked and signed complete without fail by two staff members prior to despatch so it is extremely unlikely that there will be any parts missing from your order.
Q. Is There Any Tracking Information Available For My Order?
A. As all items are sent via airmail or first class post, it is not possible to track individual orders.
Q. What If I'm Not In When My Order Is Delivered?
A. Most of our packages are sent so they fit easily through most standard letter boxes, ensuring you always get your order in a timely manner. However particularly large orders will require you to be a home when they are delivered. If you are out the postal service will usually leave you a card detailing where you can pick up your parcel. If any orders are returned to us undelivered due to problems with information you have supplied to us you will be contacted by email. An extra delivery charge will be applied, and upon payment your order will be resent or you will be refunded, minus any charges we may have incurred.
Q. I Have Entered My Address Wrong What Now?
A. If your order has not been dispatched then a quick email to us will ensure the address is corrected before it is sent out. If your order has been dispatched then it is possible that it will be sent back to us if your address is not correct. If this is the case we will be happy to resend the item to the correct address free of charge,
