Q. My Order Has Not Arrived, What Do I Do?
A. If your order has not arrived within the period stated within the expected time allowed on the shipping table of this FAQ please wait 5 working days and then send an email to contact us detailing your problem and include your order number. If your shipping address is incorrect the package will eventaully find it's way back to us within 48 days. At which point we can arrange redelivery. If you do not receive your order 28 days after dispatch then you will be entitled to a refund.
Q. There Is A Part Missing From My Order, What Do I Do?
A. As we sell thouands of tiny parts it is possible for some to go missing or they may be accidently overlooked in your order. Please check the bag and the area where you unpacked your order to try and locate the missing bit(s). If you are still sure that there is a problem, contact us and we will try and resolve the situation.
Q. I've Been Charged For My Order By Have No Order Number or Order History
A. This is a bug with the Nochex module. If an item you are buying goes out of stock during your checkout with Nochex you may still be charged even though the order will be stopped from going through on our system. A quick email to us will ensure that you get refunded straight away.
