Q. Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?
A. We accept PayPal as our primary payment method but we also accept debit/credit cards via NOCHEX. We do not accept postal orders or personal cheques.
Q. Do I Have To Sign Up For An Account With You?
A. You are welcome to browse the site, add products to our cart, contact us and view our forum without signing up for an account. To order from us or post on our forum you will need to sign up for a free account. Signing up for an account is quick and easy and allows you to add new shipping addresses for your order, view any of your previous order details and shipping status and change how you are notified of new products to our range. Signing up for an account with us also allows you to automatically store your shopping cart details for your next visit. Also by having an account you can receive instant notifications when items are back in stock.
Q. Can I Reserve Bits?
A. At the moment it is not possible to reserve bits.. We know it is frustrating when you can't get the bit you require but we have a high volume of orders and it would be hard to keep up with who has reserved what. Also if 10 people all wanted the same bit reserved it could result in certain parts never beoming available in stock on the website.
