Q. Are Your Bits New?
A. Unless stated otherwise, all our bits are brand new and completely free of defects and are in the condition you would expect to receive them from Games Workshop. Where parts are listed as broken or second-hand, they are in the condition pictured.
Q. How Many Of Each Part Do You Have In Stock?
A. The current stock level for each individual bit is listed near the picture in the category view and is also displayed in the product listing. Please do not email us asking if we have a particular part in stock; if we have it, it's already on the site.
Q. Why Are Some Items So Low In Stock?
A. Some boxed sets only contain one or two of certain parts. This sometimes mean they are very popular and they sell out quickly. Also if we wanted to have 100 of some items in stock then we would have to buy 100 boxed sets and that is beyond our budget.
Q. Can You Email Me When X Is Back In Stock?
A. It would be impossible for us to email every person personally when itmes they want come back in stock but we have a great feature on our website where you can get an automated email when items are back in stock. Simply log into your account then visit the page of the out of stock item you want and click the link under the image. You will be emailed the second this item is back in stock!
Q. What If I Would Like A Bit That You Do Not Stock?
A. If we do not stock a part that you would like to buy then please do not hesitate to contact us regarding the product and we will do our best to stock that product as soon as we can. Please note we do not stock metal parts so any requests for those will not be fulfilled. We also cannot reserve parts for people.
Q. What If There Is A Problem With The Stock?
A. On the rare occasions that we make a mistake with the stock on the site and there is not enough to fulfill your order we will usually offer you a refund on the missing parts or allow you to select replacements parts to the value of the missing ones. We acknowledge that occasionally with stock so small that there may sometimes be a problem with missing bits but we will do our best to rectify the situation. If the bit is not within our stock range due to it going missing or there is a stock error then you refunded for the part. If the missing part is still within our stock range it will be sent out to you free of charge. If you have a bit missing from your order then please do not hesitate to contact us.
