Can You Email Me When X Product is Back in Stock?
We have a great feature on our website called automatic stock notifications that allows you to receive an automatic email as soon as a product you want is back in the stock. To use this feature you must first log in or create a Bitzbox account, then visit the page for the product you wish to be notified for. If the product is out of stock you'll see a link that signs you up for notifications for this product. You may do this for as many products as you like and once this product is back in stock you'll recieve an email and this product will be removed from your notification list.

My Order Hasn't Turned Up Yet
If your order is not with you after the time you expected it to arrive please firstly check that the shipping address is correct on your order. If the address is incorrect it's likely that your order will be returned to us although this process can take several months. If this is the case we are happy to resend it free of charge if a correct address is given. If you're address is correct and your order is still not with you or returned to us then please let us know after 28 days of the dispatch date. We will assume your order has been lost in the warp and will issue a full refund.

Where Can I Find The Tracking Number of my Order?
All our orders are sent either by Royal Mail first class for UK orders or Royal Mail airmail for orders outside of the UK. This means there is no tracking available for these orders. We send them this way to keep the costs down for our customers. Orders outside of Europe for example would cost 150% more to ship just to add tracking which is almost the cost of an average order itself! We know travelling by Royal Mail can be as risky as warp travel but 99.9% of all orders reach their destination with no trouble at all. Most orders that don't reach their destination will also find their way back to us and as stated above we are happy to resend them free of charge.

Do You Buy Bits?
We are only ever interested in buying complete box sets rather just a random assortment of bits therefore we will not buy your left over bits. As much as we would like to we just don't simply have the time to sort them all out.

When Will X Be In Stock? When Do You Restock?
It's hard for us to give you an exact time when something will be in stock next. We always cut bits off the sprues and sort them out before they are restocked on the website and we restock stuff almost every weekday. When it comes to ordering in items to restock we usually start with the sets that the highest % of items out of stock at that time however some more popular sets may be restocked more frequently. It can sometimes seem like some sets don't get restocked often because the popular items may have been restocked and sold out by the time you visit us again so we advise that you follow the steps above to sign up for the automatic stock emails so you don't miss out.
