Delivery Information

We accept the following payment methods: Paypal and credit/debit cards. If you have any issues using the Debit/Credit card module on our website you can still pay via card by selecting the PayPal module and choosing the option from there.

We ship to anywhere in the UK for a flat rate of £3.49. All orders that are over £35 are shipped free of charge.

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail first class and all overseas postage are sent via Royal Mail airmail. We aim to ship all orders with 24 hours excluding weekends and public holidays. With fast dispatch times and first class mail we can ensure orders arrive to UK addresses within 2-3 working days at the latest.

Shipping to Europe is £5.99 and the rest of the world is £6.25. Mainland Europe shipping usually takes up to 7 working days and rest of the world shipping can take up to 15 working days although these are just estimates and orders may take longer. If you do not have order after 28 days then please contact us so we can look into it. We will offer refunds for any orders that go missing. We ask International customers to wait 2 months from dispatch before claiming for a refund as some orders may take longer to go through customs.

Please note that there is no tracking information available on orders unless tracking is selected at checkout so please double check that your shipping address is correct otherwise you order may get lost in the post or returned to us after a period of time. If this does happen then we can resend the order free of charge providing you have supplied us with a correct shipping address.
